Very simple and easy to use controls and menus, pretty rare these days but the game does not suffer from any visual and presentation glitches and it can only improve with a sequel.

Graphics: 8/10
Player models and visual sprites lack detail, however, the environments and photo-realistic backgrounds, water etc. make up for this, in fact they are actually stunning.

Sound: 7.5/10
This is possibly the most disappointing feature. For a game of it's nature the sound should be the most important factor to help progress into gameplay.

Gameplay: 9/10
Outstanding gameplay overall. The multiplayer co-op never gets tiring and the open-world is simply amazing.

Lasting Appeal: 9.5/10
Singleplayer, Multiplayer and Co-op modes are all incorporated into a game which will take you hours/days/weeks/months to complete.

Overall: 9/10
THE best game involving Zombies on the market.
